Here are a selection of themed discos and each disco had the interior ideas first painted as a watercolour visual, starting with the Avalon Disco based on a Gaudi theme, four existing large concrete columns were clad in this custom made wooden structure to represent swinging, miss-shapen columns that were all joined at the top in a continuous shape, bar areas were clad in brightly coloured wooden panelled shapes all in a Gaudi fun style.

For the Alando Palais disco we used an idea for plastered curved walls, alcoves and columns taken from a Mauritian architect. We constructed these walls first out of a wooden cage like frame, which we then covered in plaster and sanded to a smooth flowing structure, to create these wonderful curving walls and columns, this room was painted in yellows and oranges, the adjoining room was made the same only painted in blues and yellows with hand cut curved recessed ceilings.

Old Daddy disco had its theme designed from T.V. show walls, we curved thin plywood to create these layered walls, used mirror panels to reflect the lazer lights and a laminate finish on the bar height table tops.

Art Deco style domed stained glass window over 1000 sq ft., consisting of door sized plexi glass panels that I hand painted in window paints, this was over the lobby / reception area to the Alando Palais discotheque.

African / Zulu themed walk way area in the Prater disco. Hand drawn and painted wooden cut out panels of African shields, African masks and African textile patterns applied to walls painted in a faux effect style.

Roman – Ben Hur themed disco at the Prater discotheque, we made stone effect panels of wood and plaster to clad the interior walls, stage areas and columns in this disco, the middle stone effect column holds the drink optics and huge candle decorations, chariots with horses were made, as well as Roman windows, arches and seating areas.

Cathedral themed disco bar area consisting of panelled wood and plaster stone effects with stained glass church windows made of plexi glass with stuck on vinyl images lit from the back.

Again, all these installations were produced in our workshop before hand and were installed on-site without causing a disruption to normal working business hours.
